Sex and emotions
Hey, autochthonic here, and I’ve got two things to talk about today.
The first is that I designed us a brand-spankin’ new logo that we can’t even put on the blog until baywords lets us edit the headers in at least a couple of the skins. But oh well, I’m sure they’re working hard.
The second thing’s a little less news-y. I want to do some thinking-out-loud here about the way that people, and specifically the sort of internet denizens that might be reading this blog, think about sex and emotions. I’ve started doing some reading on the subject at large and will have a post for you all soon but before I assemble it I wanted to run a simple poll collecting gender information and an answer to a (hopefully) easy to answer question about if and how sex plays with your heart strings.
The poll is hosted here and thanks in advance for responding; even with the +/-50% margin of error inherent in online poll results, I’m sure this will make for something interesting.

I’m very excited to start Sex in the Pink. This blog will serve as a protest against the sex-negativity that’s so prevalent in modern day society. I have big plans, namely the first ever Open Source (Free content) amateur pornography. I hope to be publishing tasteful erotica produced by myself and anyone else interested in contributing to the project. To those who oppose this: you might want to reconsider your objection if you’ve ever enjoyed watching porn. This blog will be the place that I talk about that project as I work towards its completion, but it will also be a forum for discussion about sex-positivism and all of the related politics. Originally, this project was just going to be part of my personal blog, but I’ve decided this truly deserves to be independent. This is something that I don’t want to be just me on my own, but an undertaking of multiple contributors. So, if you realize that being naked is no big deal, please subscribe!
